This game was really impressive and in terms of psychological horror, its top tier. Everything had a purpose and every item in this game was beautifully designed, completely interactable and had great purpose to the entire setting and story. I really can't wait for the full game cause I can tell it was made meticulously. I love the raindrop effect on the lens!!!
there were a couple of bugs that I experienced that I wanted to share:

I got stuck and was unable to move on the basement pallet after placing down the groceries and had to start the game over. I also experienced a bug when I did something out of order and the journal would not let me progress. I talk about this in detail as well as other suggestions in my video below.

If you want, you can also vote on my channels page for your game to win best indie horror game of january, if it wins in this round it will move forward to the next and I'm rendering and 3D printing a scene or monster from the winners game.

Thank you so much for your feedback and thanks for reporting the bugs. I know it's annoying to become a playtester if you just want to enjoy something (I have the same problem when I play games from itch haha), but it is really difficult to get playtesters when you're a solodev with no budget. I tested the game countless times myself of course, but you tend to do things always the same way when you're doing it over and over again.

I was a little scared to watch but I really enjoyed your video, you seem like a really chill dude! A few points:

- you're right that the zucchini should go in the fridge :D I will try to make it more clear where the stuff goes.

- you read the first note but didn't take it. You're the second person to do that so I should probably disable the option to put it back :D

- I'm not entirely sure what bug you encountered. There was a bug that let you use the protocol book after the fire altough it should not have. I hope that's it, because I fixed that.

- it's probably frustrating to have to start all over again after forgetting to close the door etc. I will build a save system that resets you to the start of the night at least

- You should not be able to go to the basement until you give the meds. I fixed that as well. It's a little weird to have two different buttons to interact with things altough you never really need it. I'm gonna work on that. When you give the meds after taking the note the progression is bugged.

- I'm so fucking happy that you looked in the clients files to investigate who called. You're right though that there should have been some guidance for that, at least mentioning the client files

- the idea when nothing's happening was originally to build some tension until the next phone call or whatever event. But it does get boring when you really have nothing to do. I'm planning to implement a little handheld with a 2d game or something. Also more stuff to interact with and read. A little more flexibility with the tasks, which you do first etc. is a good idea. There is no good reason to not do the dishes whenever you feel like it or nothing else is happening. I'll keep that in mind. The idea with the checkboxes is also cool.

I'm also really happy that you liked it despite all the annoying things! :)

The bug i encountered occurred because I went into the basement and found the note before giving Besse the meds, so you fixed it:D

It can be frustrating, but never annoying! You spent a lot of time, care and passion building a game and I'm very happy to play it and provide feedback on it. Cant wait to play the full game!

Nice this was very good demo game so far I might play full version anyway well done keep it up!

Thanks a lot, that made my day!
